Greetings,

Is there a way to make the 'Do Not Publish' be defaulted for speakers when their added to the conference?

I'd like to be able to see them in panels on the back-end but have to click and activate a speaker (confirm them) prior to them going up live on the website.

Hi Daniel,

If you choose “Do Not Publish” for speakers, then they won't appear in the lineup, but they'll still appear under the panel, if you've published the schedules and added them to that panel.  

Making the Do Not Publish be the default for speakers is possible, but it would require a little coding to make it happen.  I could write up that plugin for you in probably an hour of billable time.  If interested, email me at t_at_topquark_dot_com.
