Hi,

I have recently started the development of a client site and have bought and installed 'The Conference Plugin'.

I have not been able to add a new conference. When I visit the 'Top Quark' menu, then sub-pages I have are 'Top Quark', 'Gallery' and 'Permissions'.

The Top Quark architecture plugin has been installed and I have added my username and password to the 'Settings' > 'The Conference Plugin' page and I have the “Awesome! You're good to go!” message.

After switching on WP_debug, the plugin is generating about 60 errors, mostly undefined constants and properties.

Is this plugin compatible with 3.3.1? Can you shed any light on the subject?

Thanks.

Hi James,

It is compatible with 3.3.1.  The errors are red herrings.  Benign and shouldn't be causing the problem.

Are you logged in as an administrator?  The Conference Plugin, like other top quark plugins, has finer permissions controls – you can say which users have access to what (admins get access to all).  If you go under Permissions, you can give users access to The Conference Plugin.

If that's not the case, can you try deactivating & re-activating the conference plugin.

If still no go, drop me another line.  Is the site somewhere you could allow me in to take a look?

Cheers
Trevor

Hi Trevor,

Thanks for the reply. It's good to know that someone is there to help.

I'm logged in as the site admin so I have all permissions. I have tried de- and re-activating the plugins.

Is there some way that I can privately send you login details?

Thanks.
